Property Management: I've personally managed rental homes, handled
marketing for resort condominium rentals, and even managed a POA.  
Today, though, I work with specialists in the field, using the JME team 
effort to make sure the management of your property gets the attention 
it derserves.

  • Sellers: Get more from your agent.  Consider, for example, they way I market homes.   Instead of a set plan that I use for everyone, I have a menu of options that I pair with a listing for the best possible market exposure.  For example, I have invested in radio-transmitting technology that allows me to capture potential buyers when they stop to read one of my signs.  I can talk to them while they sit in their car.  I love this technology and own several transmitters, but I only use them when the fit is right.  There's no point, for example, in putting up a low-range transmitter in an area where drivers cannot stop and listen to the broadcast.

    In some cases I produce postcards for the owner's to use as a way of announcing their move.  Sometimes, that simply isn't practical.  If there is a specific target market I want to reach, I use direct mail.  If a broader reach is called for, I take out large ads in local Real Estate magazines.  In every case, I advertise on my site, Hometownbaldwin.com, on the COLDWELL BANKER site (the number 2 Real Estate site in the nation), and on Realtor.com (the number 1 Real Estate site in the nation).  When the home is new on the market, I put it in my company's full page Mobile Press Register ad.  For certain Open Houses, the house will again appear in the ad.  It is advertised in JME's own Real Estate magazine every month until it sells.  For sellers who choose to place their home in the Blue Ribbon Preferred program, the house will appear in the company's full page Mobile Press Register ad every week until it sells.
